Returns must be initiated within one business day of receipt for eligibility.

We offer a re-listing service for sold items instead of a traditional return process.

Items must be returned in their exact original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items not collected within 40 days of purchase will be subject to a storage fee or potential forfeiture.

Please be aware of potential minor weight variances inherent in precious metals and gemstones.
