The Dahab team reviews each listing to verify the accuracy of the information and the clarity of images and details before publishing the piece on the platform.

Provide accurate specifications and pricing details for your jewelry piece.

Inspection & Authentication (IGI)

After accepting a purchase offer, the Seller must submit the jewelry piece to the International Gemological Institute (IGI) within one business day for inspection and conformity verification.

Gold inspection results are determined on the same day.-

Diamond inspection may require up to two business days.-

Note: The Seller receives proof of receipt for the submitted jewelry piece, along with a guarantee of re-delivery or reimbursement of its value.

Buyer Accepts Your Offer

When a buyer accepts your purchase offer, you are immediately notified.

Note: Upon Seller acceptance, the gold price becomes fixed for one business day based on Evolve Holding declared market rates.

Receive Your Payment

In the event of conformity with the listed specifications, Dahab transfers the consideration for the jewelry piece value to the Seller after deducting the platform's disclosed commission, as notified at the time of listing.
